Smashdog studios is currently looking for a PART TIME OFFICE MANAGER.

Must have extensive experience with Quickbooks.
Some accounting involved.
Must have an amazing phone personality
Must be a problem solver
Must have incredible computer skills and willingness to learn
Must love working with spontaneous creative people
Must have impeccable attendance record
Must have ability to work with high profile people without being starstruck
Must have incredible organizational skills
Hours and wage are negotiable.
MUST live in Valley City.

All positions require signing confidentiality contracts due to high profile clients.

We are also looking for two part time INTERNS!

Hours and wage for INTERNS is negotiable depending on experience and level of awesomeness.

Assistant Intern
-Duties-
Managing the professional life of a super hero
Getting coffee and Tylenol
Holding reflectors
Moving lights
Errand running
Catering to our clients
Pencil pushing
Maintaining gear
Making sure the company vehicles are gassed up and ready to go
Shoot set up and tear down
Building sets
Flea market shopping for sweet accessories
Scheduling subcontractors, such as make up artists and stylists
General cleaning
Answering phones with a smile
Reminding Super Jill to calm down now and then
MUST HAVE OCD ABOUT COMPLETING PROJECTS!

Graphics Intern
-Duties-
Maintaining website
Computer maintenance
Batching
Loading
Networking
Ordering
Receiving
Assisting in designing layouts
Assisting in designing templates
Assisting in developing marketing material
Assisting in the development hot new stuff
Setting trends
Cranking up the tunes now and then
MUST BE KILLER CREATIVE!
